This role will be responsible for compensation analysis, including financial modeling of what-if scenarios, preparation of EVA based models by business unit, and bottoms up analysis of bonus needs for GBMA, Sempra and the NV. Monthly calculation of bonus accruals by cost center and legal entity, and preparation of bonus payable and deferred award reconciliations. Ad -hoc analysis as requested by senior mgt. BS in Accounting/Finance. 5-7 years experience in an FP&A reporting role. Advanced Excel and Essbase skills a plus.
