Responsibilities Include: • Overseeing the financial accounting for the 3 US companies (this includes local cash management and oversight of AP and AR) • Preparation of month end, interim and year end multi-currency consolidated financial statements, internal and external reporting • Coordinating and managing year end audits for the whole group • Technical accounting research and documentation • Overseeing staff as well as coordinating and reviewing work carried out by overseas staff • Liaising with senior local management • Coordinating local ad-hoc reports requested by the senior members of the Finance team • Coordinating with the Financial Planning & Analysis group on comparison of actual vs. budget results Skills and Knowledge Desired: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting • 5-9 Years previous experience as a Corporate Accountant • Previous supervisory experience • Strong knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS • Public Accounting experience required • CPA or Chartered Accountant • Knowledge of Sun Systems a plus • Ability to take on and complete multiple projects
