This position is responsible for sorting, date stamping and routing incoming mail for invoice approvals as well as performing follow-up work on all pending approvals. This role also includes validating all invoice approvals before entering in Oracle AP system, creating upload templates for invoices, and providing assistance to internal and external customers. BS/BA required. 2-3 years relevant experience.
