NYSSA – Bermuda Conference

The Stamford CFA Society is invited to the Investing in Bermuda Conference at NYSSA on May 2nd. The luncheon speaker will be Bermuda’s Premier, the Hon. Paula A. Cox, JP, MP.

The program will consist of expert government and private sector bankers including Bermuda’s Ministry of Finance, the Bermuda Monetary Authority, the Ministry of Business Development & Tourism, the International Tax Information Exchange treaty team who will be joined by a spokesman from Bermuda’s investment banking, legal, accountancy, trusts, fund administration, insurance, re-insurance, captive firms and the banking sectors.

Introductory remarks will be made by the Hon. Wayne Furbert, Minister of Business Development & Tourism and Other speakers will Jeremy Cox, Chairman of the Bermuda Monetary Authority and Wayne Brown, Assistant Secretary, Ministry of Finance and Leader of Bermuda’s Tax Information Exchange Agreement group.

Following the morning’s panel sessions and luncheon, there will be breakaway sessions where attendees might meet with individual speakers to discuss their areas of business.
